May Trip 2007… The Closest Yet !

Although we all visit Arkaig throughout the season, and at different times, It’s the MAY WEEK trip that brings us ALL together.

 

With two caravans, a 12 man tent and a multitude of sleeper tents, the plot looks like a highland T in the Park .

Keith nabs the top spot for biggest brownie of the week on the Thursday evening (left), weighing in at 5lb’10oz, just nudging Dode’s 5lb’8oz specimen (below) which he caught at the start of the week, into 2nd place

Julian kicks off his first visit with a 5lb’7oz pike. (left), so he was “fair chuffed”, although this was to be overshadowed on the Wednesday slightly, by Dode’s 8lb baby. (below)
